Position: Accountant

Compensation: $26 – $34/hr, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage financial data, support month-end and year-end close activities, and provide timely financial analysis to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and maintain financial data, including revenues and expenses.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases for financial tracking.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Assist with audit preparation and internal control activities.
• Support payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP).
• Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Strong knowledge of general tax concepts.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
