Position: Financial Advisor

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, plus commission

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Assess clients’ financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to develop tailored financial plans
• Provide advice on investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax strategies, and wealth management
• Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and life changes
• Educate clients on financial products and strategies in a clear, actionable way
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
• Maintain detailed client records and financial plans
• Stay current on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant licenses such as Series 65, Series 7/66, and/or Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
• ???????Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and planning concept
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• High level of integrity and professionalis
• Self-motivated with strong sales and relationship-building abilities
