Position: Financial Analyst

Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team!

Step into a dynamic role where you’ll be the backbone of financial insights and strategic planning for a leading healthcare organization. This opportunity has arisen due to the previous analyst moving on, and now, they’re looking for someone who can bring their expertise in Excel and healthcare-related financial analysis to the table. You’ll be working closely with executive leadership, making a real impact on decision-making processes. This is your chance to shine in a role that values precision and analytical prowess!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and maintain cost accounting data
• Prepare and interpret financial and statistical information
• Perform in-depth analyses using advanced report writing skills
• Assist in database management of decision support systems
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to operations team
• Support monthly financial close processes
• Create proformas and ROI analysis for capital requests
• Engage in monthly meetings with department leaders
• Collaborate with executive leadership team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance related field
• 3 – 5 years experience in Healthcare
• Proficiency in Excel (sum-ifs, x-lookups, pivot tables)
• Advanced report writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Oracle and Premier systems
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Familiarity with labor management reports
• Understanding of financial statement line items
