Position: Financial System Analyst

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Katy, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial System Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Financial System Analyst where you'll bridge the gap between Accounting and IT/Development. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Accounting team, troubleshoot system issues, and support system improvements. This position is designed to grow into a leadership role, making it an exciting opportunity for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Troubleshoot system and accounting issues
• Understand and replicate problems for resolution
• Identify solutions or workarounds before escalating
• Document and log issues clearly
• Support testing and system improvements
• Act as the first point of contact for accounting issues

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong analytical thinking abilities
• Experience with accounting fundamentals: debits and credits
• Experience working between business and technical teams
• Ability to lead conversations and decisions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with testing and super user-type responsibilities
• Technical understanding of business systems
