Position: Portfolio Director

Compensation: $185,000 – $210,000 

Location: Fully Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Portfolio Director to join their team!

As a Portfolio Director, you will lead a dynamic portfolio of technology projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives in a fully remote capacity. The role is open due to expansion, offering a chance to shape the future of project management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prioritize and manage technology project portfolios
• Oversee planning, resourcing, and scheduling
• Ensure consistent use of project management standards
• Maintain governance compliance across all initiatives
• Provide regular reporting on portfolio health
• Identify and manage risks and issues
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Mentor and support project managers and delivery staff
• Lead select complex projects end-to-end

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years in technology program or project management roles
• Experience in PMO or structured delivery environments
• Strong background in business and technology domains
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Clear communication and stakeholder management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with data or AI initiatives
• Financial and analytical acumen
• Leadership and coaching ability
• Ability to manage complexity and deliver under pressure
