Compensation: $70,000-$75,000

Location: Boulder, CO

Position: Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize manufacturing systems that enable daily production and operations.
• Build, update, test, and deploy system and code enhancements, including automation and release support.
• Work across engineering, IT, and operations teams to improve workflows and drive process efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing technical projects with familiarity in Agile, SDLC, and version control/change management tools.
• Strong SQL/database skills (SQL Server 2012+) with the ability to troubleshoot issues and clearly communicate technical concepts.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to manufacturing, production, or industrial systems environments.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows, SOPs, and varied product development approaches.
• Experience advising or mentoring peers on technical solutions.

Other Information:

• Must meet U.S. residency requirement (3 of last 5 years) and pass federal background check.
• Office-based role with occasional physical setup of hardware/equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Requires strong prioritization skills, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
