Position: Productions Supervisor

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 (plus bonus potential)

Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Productions Supervisor to join their team!

Our client is seeking a proactive Productions Supervisor to oversee and coordinate their daily manufacturing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that maintains a vibrant start-up feel while operating as a 24-hour plant. Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/production experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exercise professional tact and ethics
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Present safety huddles and daily performance board presentation
• Monitor and ensure safe practices are being followed
• Ensure daily people placement at workstations
• Be present during changeovers, startups, and shutdowns
• Monitor and ensure GMP's are being followed
• Communicate with HR on attendance infractions
• Ensure production schedule is being followed
• Collect and report daily production numbers and inventories
• Communicate with maintenance on mechanical needs
• Supervise Break/Lunch rotations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience within a cGMP environment
• Previous experience managing a team in manufacturing
• Basic understanding of company product codes and terminology
