Position: Sourcing Specialist

Compensation: $80,000 – $88,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join their team!

Join a leading global manufacturer known for its innovative solutions in extreme environments. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will streamline supply chain operations, negotiate with vendors, and drive cost efficiencies. This is an exciting opportunity to work with upper management and make a significant impact on the company’s purchasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and maintain sourcing strategies
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
• Evaluate vendor quotes and services
• Manage supplier-related activities and commitments
• Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs)
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams
• Drive operating cash flow control
• Implement change management strategies
• Resolve conflicts and provide coaching

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of related industry experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in supply chain or purchasing operations
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of contract language and supplier cost recovery
• Strong organizational skills
