Position: Enrollment Processor

Compensation: $19 /hour

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Enrollment Processor to join their team!

This long-term contract role offers the opportunity to maintain and manage customer databases, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain customer database entry and updates
• Generate and distribute customer correspondence
• Create and manage customer eligibility records
• Review enrollment information for compliance
• Meet quality and production benchmarks
• Communicate with internal and external customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Completion of Health Care Sanctions background check
• High school diploma or equivalency

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Two years in an administrative role in healthcare or insurance
