Position: Director of FP&A

Compensation: $200,000 – $220,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director of FP&A to join their team!

Are you ready to lead financial planning and analysis at an enterprise level? This is your chance to elevate FP&A from a functional capability to a strategic partner to executive leadership. Drive enterprise-wide financial insight and long-range planning to enable growth and operational excellence. Collaborate closely with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team to align financial outcomes with business strategy. Develop a high-performing FP&A organization and be part of a dynamic environment where your insights shape strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Set strategic direction for FP&A across the enterprise
  • Lead and scale a high-performing FP&A team
  • Establish consistent governance and financial standards
  • Own enterprise-wide integrated business planning process
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and process improvement
  • Translate strategy into financial plans and actionable insights
  • Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
  • Deliver variance analysis and performance narratives
  • Align financial planning with operational drivers
  • Drive transformation of FP&A tools and systems

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience
  • 7–10+ years leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Expert-level financial planning, modeling, and forecasting
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence leaders
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide planning processes
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvement
