Position: Senior GIS Analyst

Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior GIS Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting direct hire opportunity for a seasoned GIS professional who thrives in a hands-on, onsite environment. The right candidate will bring deep technical expertise in GIS and FME, along with experience supporting high-impact geospatial work. This role is open due to an internal promotion, creating a strong opportunity to step into a well-established team and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support and enhance GIS processes and workflows
• Develop and maintain FME-based automation solutions
• Work with Esri tools to manage and analyze spatial data
• Write Python scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams on geospatial project needs
• Provide technical guidance on GIS best practices
• Help ensure data integrity across GIS systems

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of GIS experience
• 7+ years of FME experience
• Strong experience with Esri products
• Python scripting or coding experience
• Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree strongly preferred
• Advanced experience with GIS automation
• Background supporting enterprise geospatial environments
• Experience optimizing complex spatial data workflows
