Position: Help Desk Service Agent

Compensation: $19 – $20 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Olathe, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Service Agent to join their team!

This is a great contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced support environment and enjoys helping end users solve technical issues. You’ll join a busy, collaborative service desk team supporting a high-volume ERP environment, where strong communication and thorough documentation make a real impact every day.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answer inbound calls and work service desk tickets promptly
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Support monitors, headsets, and end-user devices
• Document ticket details clearly and thoroughly
• Use remote tools to assist users efficiently
• Deliver professional customer service in every interaction
• Follow up on issues through resolution

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Background in technical customer service support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced call queue
• Detail-oriented ticket documentation skills
• Basic troubleshooting experience with end-user devices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Exposure to Microsoft-based environments
• Experience supporting Dell hardware
• Previous contact center experience
• Retail technical support background
