Position: Sales & Growth Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 – 60,000 /year, depending on experience + uncapped commission 

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sales & Growth Specialist to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys face-to-face relationship building, community outreach, and launching new locations. In this role, you will lead presale membership efforts, support local partnerships, and help create awareness around upcoming studio openings. This position offers the chance to make a direct impact as part of a growing organization with multiple launch opportunities ahead.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Drive founding-member sales from lead generation through close.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Work events, pop-ups, and community activations each week.
• Follow up with leads promptly and maintain strong CRM records.
• Support grassroots marketing and local brand visibility efforts.
• Host presale events to build excitement before studio openings.
• Coordinate with studio leadership on event logistics.
• Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and event performance.
• Support marketing efforts between new location launches.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of outside sales or face-to-face sales experience.
• Experience prospecting, networking, and closing new business.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and direct customer engagement.
• Experience planning and executing community events or activations.
• Strong follow-up skills and a consistent sales mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems to track sales activity.
• Basic Canva and social media content creation skills.
• Reliable transportation and mileage reimbursement eligibility.
• Available for an intensive field schedule during launch periods.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Boutique fitness sales experience.
• Presale or grand opening launch experience.
• HubSpot CRM experience.
• B2B and B2C sales exposure.
• Existing business relationships in Oklahoma City or Tulsa.

Other Information:

• Training will take place in Miami for approximately 4-5 days.
• Travel, lodging, and meals are covered during training.
• The role is highly field-based and not office-focused.
• Launch periods include 5-6 community events per week.
• Interview process includes one in-person panel interview.
• Target start timing aligns with upcoming studio launch activity.
