Position: Staff Accountant

Compensation: $65,000 – $68,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys variety and wants to play a key support role across the finance function. This opening was created to add broader accounting coverage, with a focus on AR while also supporting AP, general accounting, and day-to-day team needs. If you’re organized, professional, and ready to step into a well-rounded role, this could be a strong next move.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support accounts receivable processing and related follow-up
• Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed
• Handle general accounting and staff support duties
• Provide flexible assistance across the accounting team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Help ensure smooth daily accounting operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Accounting experience with AR and AP exposure
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented approach
• Solid work history
• Positive attitude and willingness to support where needed
• Strong interest in building a career in accounting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a floater or cross-functional accounting role
• More seasoned accounting background
• Experience supporting multiple accounting functions
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
