Position: Archer Developer

Compensation: $48 – $54.5 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Archer Developer to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an Archer professional who enjoys hands-on configuration work and delivering meaningful cybersecurity risk solutions. You’ll support a focused initiative to build a System Security Plan module and enhance an IT Risk Management module within Archer, working in a collaborative environment with direct client visibility and clear project goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Configure Archer forms, fields, workflows, and record relationships.
• Build a new System Security Plan module.
• Enhance the IT Risk Management and risk assessment module.
• Support NIST questionnaire integration into scoring and reporting.
• Create dashboards, calculations, and workflow logic.
• Document technical details, builds, and data models.
• Develop UAT scripts and support testing efforts.
• Resolve configuration issues before production migration.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–3+ years of Archer GRC development or configuration experience.
• Experience with Archer risk management and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST.
• Experience building workflows, calculations, and reports.
• Ability to create technical documentation and UAT scripts.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing.
• Ability to work onsite in Kansas City, Missouri.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• System Security Plan experience within a GRC platform.
• Experience with control, asset, and assessment modules.
• Background in broader cybersecurity governance or risk management.
• Experience integrating questionnaires into automated risk scoring.
• Familiarity with configuration migration between environments.
