Position: Civil CAD Technician

Compensation: $25 – $30 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Civil CAD Technician to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented CAD professional who enjoys turning sketches and direction into accurate civil drawings. You’ll support an established team on-site, helping keep projects moving while gaining mentorship, exposure to client standards, and room to grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Revise existing civil drawings based on sketches and instructions
• Create basic component drawings to support project needs
• Plot and publish drawings accurately and efficiently
• Follow drafting standards and project procedures
• Communicate progress and meet assigned deadlines
• Work collaboratively with internal team members

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Drafting technology coursework
• At least 1 year of relevant drafting experience
• Basic CAD skills in at least one CAD platform
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
• Ability to work on-site

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience using multiple CAD systems
• Experience with 3D CAD tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within deadlines and budget goals
• Confidence working in a team-based environment
