Position: Senior HRIS Analyst

Compensation: $ 50 – $55 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to join their team!

This is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact HRIS role supporting a dynamic SuccessFactors environment. You’ll focus on Performance & Goals while partnering across multiple talent management areas, helping keep systems running smoothly and aligned with business needs. This contract role offers strong visibility, meaningful collaboration, and the chance to contribute to an important backfill with a team that values responsiveness and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors systems
• Maintain day-to-day system operations and troubleshooting
• Support Performance & Goals processes and enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Translate needs into technical system solutions
• Collaborate with HRIS and performance teams
• Provide ongoing system support and issue resolution

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong background in Performance & Goals
• Ability to configure and maintain HR systems
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hybrid HRIS and business analysis experience
• Ability to support multiple SuccessFactors modules
