Position: Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Compensation: $60 – 75 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join their team!

This is a great short-term contract opportunity to make an immediate impact within a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. You’ll support both day-to-day administration and hands-on solution delivery while helping shape a new integration between Dynamics 365 and an ERP platform. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys blending configuration, development, and business problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Administer and configure Dynamics 365 Sales Hub
• Create and maintain tables, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
• Build workflows and automations in Power Automate
• Support deployment pipelines across Dev, Test, and Production
• Help design and build a new ERP integration
• Troubleshoot application, data, security, and performance issues
• Gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical processes
• Support testing, deployment, and user training

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Engagement
• Strong working knowledge of Dataverse
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience managing solutions and deployment pipelines
• Understanding of security roles, teams, business units, and access management
• Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs and Dataverse Web API
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and OAuth
• Proven experience supporting production Dynamics 365 environments
• Ability to work independently with technical and business stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP systems
• Epicor ERP experience
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, or MB-230
• Background in field services, industrial, or safety-focused industries

• 3-month contract engagement
• Approximate time split: 40% administration, 35% integration, 25% business analysis
• Supports a small-to-mid-sized user base of about 20–40 users
