Position: Network/System Administrator

Compensation: $40 – $58 /hour, depending on experience

Location: San Antonio, TX

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network/System Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor OT systems including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, servers, and networks
• Respond to alarms, alerts, and incidents within defined SLAs
• Perform initial troubleshooting to resolve common technical issues
• Provide basic support for OT servers, networks, and applications
• Assist with patching, maintenance, and performance checks
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures
• Generate routine system performance and availability reports
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system changes and enhancements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience in a NOC or similar technical environment
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Operational Technology or industrial environment experience
• SCADA, PLC, or HMI experience
• Windows Server administration
• CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or ISA/IEC 62443 certification
• Experience supporting OT networks or infrastructure
