Position: Senior .NET Developer

Compensation: $ 65 – 75 /hour 

Location: Houston, Texas – Fully Onsite 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior .NET Developer to join their team!

This is an opportunity to support a mission-critical internal application in a highly visible, hands-on role. You will help stabilize, troubleshoot, and enhance a core business platform while working closely with users and technical teammates. This opening exists to provide immediate coverage and continuity for important applications, with the chance to take on broader leadership responsibilities over time. MUST BE LOCAL TO HOUSTON. No sponsorship or third party candidates at this time.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and maintain core business applications
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve bugs
• Support application users and business stakeholders
• Deliver enhancements and new features
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance
• Assist with issue prioritization and backlog management
• Participate in modernization initiatives
• Work through projects from start to finish

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
• Experience with Azure environments
• Strong SQL Server development skills
• Background supporting production applications
• Experience troubleshooting bugs and system issues
• Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders
• Experience mentoring, guiding, or reviewing code for others
• Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Willing to be onsite 5 days a week. 
• Must be local to Houston. 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ASP.NET
• Exposure to Angular or React
• Experience with application modernization
• Familiarity with AI development tools
• Experience building AI agents or workflow automation
• Background in technical leadership
