Position: Senior .NET Developer

Compensation: $ 65 – 75 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior .NET Developer to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to support a mission-critical internal application that powers key business operations across multiple locations. You’ll step into a highly visible, hands-on role where your technical expertise will help stabilize, support, and enhance a core platform while partnering directly with business users and technical stakeholders. MUST BE LOCAL TO HOUSTON. No sponsorship or third party candidates at this time.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance .NET applications
• Support production issues and resolve bugs quickly
• Work closely with users and business stakeholders
• Handle escalations and application support requests
• Perform code reviews and guide junior developers
• Contribute to modernization and improvement efforts
• Take ownership of tasks from start to finish
• Support integrations with internal and external systems

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–10 years of software development experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET
• Hands-on experience with Azure
• Strong SQL Server development and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting production applications
• Ability to work directly with business users
• Experience mentoring developers or performing code reviews
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ASP.NET
• Exposure to Angular
• Exposure to React
• Experience with AI coding tools
• Experience using AI agents in development workflows
• Background in application modernization
• Prior team lead experience
