Position: AI Solutions Architect

Compensation: $180,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: The Woodlands, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AI Solutions Architect to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on AI professional who can bridge executive strategy and technical execution. In this role, you’ll help shape the organization’s AI roadmap, uncover process improvements, and build practical AI solutions that drive real business value. The team is looking for someone who can confidently work with leadership, translate business needs into technical solutions, and personally develop solutions from concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Partner with leadership to shape AI strategy and roadmap
• Identify business inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders directly
• Design and build AI solutions and prototypes
• Develop practical solutions using Microsoft AI tools
• Support governance, compliance, and security practices
• Collaborate across multiple teams and AI initiatives
• Take ideas from concept to working product

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior-level experience in AI or AI solutions
• Hands-on development experience with AI solutions
• Experience personally building AI applications or prototypes
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience
• Experience with Copilot and/or Claude
• Exposure to Azure AI or Azure Foundry
• Ability to gather requirements from business teams
• Strong communication skills with executive and technical audiences
• Comfort working independently as an individual contributor

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in AI architecture or applied AI engineering
• Experience with Power Automate or automation tools
• Familiarity with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience working in enterprise AI programs
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams
• Interest in experimenting with emerging AI technologies

• Base salary plus annual bonus potential

• Half-day Fridays and a hybrid schedule

• Hybrid schedule with remote Fridays
• Initial contract-to-hire preference, direct hire considered
• Interview process may include three to four rounds
• Direct interaction with executive leadership
• Strong emphasis on hands-on building experience
