Position: Bank Teller

Compensation: $20/hr 

Location: Norman, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bank Teller to join their team!

This is a direct hire opportunity with a respected financial institution seeking a customer-focused professional to support daily branch operations. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping deliver a smooth, accurate, and positive banking experience every day. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where service, precision, and trust matter, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check cashing
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
• Verify customer identity and follow banking procedures
• Assist customers with questions and routine account needs
• Refer customer needs to the appropriate banking team members
• Educate customers on products, services, and digital banking tools
• Support account maintenance and other administrative tasks
• Help contribute to branch service and sales goals

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-2 years of bank teller experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cash-handling experience
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to perform basic math accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with banking software or systems
• Exposure to additional banking products
• Multiple years of teller experience

Other Information:

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Fully onsite in Norman
• Hiring process includes two interviews, with a possible third
• First interview is virtual; second is onsite
• Looking to hire as soon as possible
