Position: Bank Teller

Compensation: $ 41600 annually, depending on experience

Location: Norman, OK

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bank Teller to join their team!

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established banking environment where accuracy, service, and professionalism make a real impact every day. In this direct hire role, you’ll be a key part of the customer experience, helping clients with their day-to-day banking needs while supporting branch goals and maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Verify customer identity and follow banking procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, account needs, and issues.
• Refer customer needs to the appropriate banking team members.
• Educate customers on products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Support account maintenance and routine administrative tasks.
• Contribute to branch sales and service objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-2 years of previous bank teller experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash-handling experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume financial transactions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with banking software or systems.
• Additional banking products and services knowledge.
• Multiple years of bank teller experience.

Other Information:

• Direct hire position with an immediate hiring need.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
• Interview process includes two rounds, with a possible third.
• First interview is virtual, followed by an onsite interview.
• Must be comfortable working fully onsite.
