Position: Account Manager

Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Account Manager to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven sales professional who knows how to build trust, spot opportunity, and grow customer relationships. In this role, you’ll manage and expand existing accounts while also identifying new business opportunities across a dynamic technology-focused environment. If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with technical teams, and creating value for customers, this role offers strong momentum and room to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prospect new opportunities with existing and potential customers
• Grow established accounts through strategic relationship management
• Partner with technical teams to shape customer solutions
• Support clients with technology and workflow needs
• Identify opportunities in AV and related technology environments
• Build and maintain strong key account relationships
• Track progress toward sales goals and performance targets

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Strong understanding of technology workflows in a public safety environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales objectives
• Strong listening and attention to detail skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in AV, broadcast, videoconferencing, or IT sales
• Network sales experience
• B2B solution selling background
• Experience in public safety environments
• Operator experience
• Military background
