Position: Recruiter

Compensation: $22 – $24 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Recruiter to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning the full hiring cycle and building great candidate experiences. You’ll support recruiting efforts across multiple organizations, partner closely with hiring managers, and help keep the process moving from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities
• Prepare and present role, pay, and benefit details to candidates
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS
• Support offer coordination and pre-employment steps
• Post jobs through recruiting platforms and ATS tools
• Attend recruiting events and job fairs as needed
• Support internal People and Culture initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience may substitute for a degree
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer and office software proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple open roles with urgency
• Ability to travel to health centers and recruiting events as needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience with Paycom ATS
• Familiarity with CRM and sourcing platforms
• AIRS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
• Experience supporting hiring managers in a fast-paced environment

• Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for conversion
• Onsite schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Supports recruiting across more than one organization
• Interview process includes 2 to 3 rounds
• Interviews may be onsite or virtual
