Position: Application Architect – SAP Finance

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, OK – Parkville, KS – Memphis, TN

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Application Architect – SAP Finance to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for a versatile applications leader who enjoys connecting Finance, Accounting, Procurement, SAP, and IT teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping the application roadmap, supporting transformation work, and improving how enterprise systems work together. If you like owning cross-functional delivery, driving process improvements, and influencing technology decisions that support business strategy, this role offers a strong platform to make an immediate difference.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Serve as the primary technology partner for Finance, Accounting, Procurement, SAP, and IT teams
• Own the application roadmap and align technology investments with business priorities
• Lead demand intake, backlog prioritization, and delivery planning across teams
• Support application implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to define requirements and resolve issues
• Oversee integrations, data flows, and dependencies across enterprise systems
• Partner with architects, SAP teams, and developers on solution alignment
• Manage vendor, AMS, and implementation partner relationships
• Support budgets, renewals, licensing, and cost optimization efforts
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years in technical business systems or enterprise applications delivery
• Hands-on experience supporting Procurement processes across multiple ERP systems
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including FI-AP
• Strong background gathering requirements across multiple teams
• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations or transformations
• Ability to coordinate work across business and technical stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SAP Ariba and supplier lifecycle integration
• Experience with Workiva or BlackLine
• Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar backlog tools
• Experience with invoice automation or workflow platforms
• Background supporting large-scale transformation programs
• Experience with ERP migrations or multi-system environments
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, or audit processes
