Position: Desktop Support

Compensation: $39 – $43 /hour, depending on experience & 80,000-85,000 upon conversion

Location: Clayton, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and keeping a busy office running smoothly. In this contract to hire role, you’ll be the go-to resource for desktop support, equipment setup, and day-to-day technical assistance while working in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide end-user support by phone, email, and in person
• Resolve open tickets and track support activity in internal systems
• Communicate status updates and resolution details to users
• Escalate complex issues to internal or external support teams
• Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory for the office
• Reimage computers and complete basic hardware repairs
• Set up new hires with required equipment and configurations
• Support office technology, vendors, and network device installations
• Participate in on-call support for after-hours and weekend needs
• Identify process improvements to streamline support operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of desktop or technical support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment and boxes
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• A+ certification
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field
• Law firm support experience
• Experience with iManage Work 10
• Video conferencing support experience
• Experience supporting office technology rollouts

• 6 month contract to hire 
• Onsite role with five-day in-office expectations
